For the past 15 years, I’ve been guiding others — individuals and groups, teams and organizations — in discovering their own pathways to balance, strength, and clarity.

Yoga has taken me on a journey far beyond the mat. Through international events, cultural exchanges, and community gatherings, I’ve had the privilege to share the practice with people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life. Each experience has deepened my understanding of yoga as a universal language—one that connects us, nurtures well-being, and inspires peace.
In the past 6 years during European Week of Sports, I had the opportunity to share yoga with people of all ages and backgrounds. It was inspiring to see how simple mindful movement could bring strangers together, creating a sense of unity and joy through sport and wellness.
Every International Day of Yoga Celebratio feels like a homecoming. Leading these practices gives me the chance to honor yoga’s roots while sharing its timeless gift with people who might be stepping onto the mat for the very first time.
Practicing and teaching yoga in the Asram Yoga Studio has been one of the most grounding experiences of my journey. Surrounded by a calm, sacred space, I felt how deeply yoga can connect us to silence, discipline, and inner peace. Each class became a retreat into stillness, where breath and movement felt like a natural prayer.
At Mondiali Sport Fest in 2020, surrounded by athletes and enthusiasts from around the world, I introduced yoga as a way to restore balance and energy. Witnessing participants discover stillness and focus amidst the excitement of the festival was truly rewarding
Bringing yoga into the workplace allows me to support professionals in managing stress and finding balance. I love watching teams leave a session feeling lighter, more focused, and more connected—not only to their work but also to themselves.
Working with women’s groups has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my journey. Through yoga, I create a safe space for women to reconnect with themselves, nurture self-confidence, and celebrate their strength in community
In Hungary, I guided young people from across Europe through yoga sessions that opened space for self-discovery and connection. It was a reminder that yoga speaks a universal language—one of presence, resilience, and respect for ourselves and each other.
During the youth exchange in Spain, I shared yoga as a tool for reflection and grounding. Seeing participants find calm and confidence, even while immersed in a lively cultural program, showed me how powerful yoga can be in supporting growth and teamwork.
Each of these moments has shaped me as a teacher and reminded me of yoga’s power
to transform, connect, and uplift—wherever we are in the world.
